FG, Delta State Battle Over Ibori $15m Cash Ownership

so hope you guys remembered a post i uploaded asking the owner of James Ibori's $15m to go and claim it??....well it appears that the Delta state government has formally come out to lay claim to ownership of the money and is seeking for a Federal High Court order to release the said money to its treasury.  But we all know that its a lot of money, and it would definitely cause a fight, which it seems we are going to witness, although an application has been submitted, the application would be argued before Justice Gabriel Kolawole on September 17, when the federal government’s motion on the same issue would come up for further hearing on who should be the rightful owner of the controversial money.
